Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
- Cancellation by Haiwoo
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and make alternative arrangements at your convenience. We may also offer a full refund if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
- Quality of Service: Haiwoo takes pride in delivering high-quality home maintenance services. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 12 hours of the service completion, and we will work with you to address and resolve any concerns.
- Refunds:
a. If our service does not meet your expectations or if there are any issues with the service quality, we may offer a refund or a complementary service to rectify the problem. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the issue and the service provided.
b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Haiwoo. Please note that it may take a certain amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
Limitations and Exclusions
- Service Guarantee:
While Haiwoo strives to deliver excellent services, we cannot guarantee the outcome or effectiveness of all repairs or maintenance work. Some issues may require further assessment or additional services to fully resolve. Our technicians will provide professional advice and recommendations based on their expertise and the condition of the equipment or system being serviced.
- Liability:
Haiwoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
